Project Objective:

• 7580 children in SIDR affected area will have access to education through child clubs, non-formal school and formal schools.

Coverage of the Program;

• Total district covered: 01 (Pirojpur)
• Upazila : 03 (Pirojpur Sadar, Swarupkathi and Zianagar)
• Total children : 7580

Major initiatives Undertaken

• Capacity building on CLDRR
• Total 25 child club established for joyful learning, special recovery support and capacity support for children
• Provide adequate knowledge and skill on Child protection in emergency.
• Mainstreaming the dropout children and provide education materials
• Aware and sensitize the parents, community, teachers and SMC on the issue of child protection in emergency.
• Develop a group of children as peer educator for advocacy at local level
