UDDIPAN has 01 different MIS Software Packages for project monitoring, evaluation and reporting, 01 Software Packages for Financial Reporting, Nil Software Packages for maintaining the stock of Furniture, Fixture and Equipments and good Internet Facilities and Net working system of modern approaches. The Information & Technology (IT) section is keeping electronic database of progress of program implementation, finance, and inventory through 100 computers including 4 laptop, 65 Computer in head office and training centers (20 Printer) and 35 Computer in the field offices (27 Printer) and 2 Scanner. The members of IT section also regularly maintain the computers, assist data analysis, install new software, and update or modify the existing software. It has 02 Faxes, enough e-mail facilities, 56 Telephone sets, 250 Mobile sets, 01 Microphones, 02 Generators, 03 Projector/slide projector, 03 Multimedia, 05 Photocopiers, 06 VCP sets, 20 TVs, 7 Digital Cameras and 15 Normal Cameras.
